Scientists say you can create a new habit in as little as three weeks. Want to instill the habit of healthy living and the motivation to exercise into your life? Join us for New Path. Whether you fell off the wagon a month ago or ten years ago, this short, three week program will give you all the accountability, encouragement and assistance you need to create a new lifestyle.
Participants will commit to one hour of exercise four days per week and to tracking their meals and snacks using My Fitness Pal (a free online resource) or a notebook.
Participants will also receive personal online, in person and telephone coaching and accountability with emails and Facebook postings with words of encouragement, tips, ideas and statistics.
Cost: $42 (includes three Re/Defined fitness classes per week for three weeks, fitness assessments, professional coaching and more!)

Our Bootcamp classes are the same as our regular classes. Our Bootcamp is a bit different. Rather than being simply a hardcore workout class, it is a three week accountability and habit-forming plan to help you get on track and in to the swing of regularly exercising and watching what you eat. The cost of Boot Camp includes our fitness classes (Cardio, Core and More – Mondays at 9:15; Wednesday Morning Walkers – Wednesdays at 9:30 and Body Sculpt – Thursdays at 9:15) plus fitness coaching, accountability and encouragement from me via Facebook, email and MyFitnessPal.com. This was the first week of our session but you can join us starting Monday (Feb 6) and do three weeks starting from that date. Please let me know if you have any questions!! Thanks!
